Special Notes:
Proof Required: Customers must provide a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we issue RMA authorization. Please use good lighting and take the photo from a close to medium distance to help us identify and verify the issue(s). The attachment size must be under 2MB for the Support Center. Larger attachments can be sent to contact@aoskid.com.
Shipping Cost Refund: After AOSKID receives the returned product and confirms it is faulty, we will refund the return shipping cost based on a valid return receipt. For example, if the return shipping fee is $30 USD, AOSKID will refund $30 USD. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA, we will not compensate for the return shipping fee. Refund requests for return shipping fees without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.
Approved Shipping Methods: Product returns must be made using one of AOSKID's approved shipping methods. Our Support Center can provide further details.
