Every item we ship has successfully passed our rigorous Quality Control inspections, ensuring you have a fantastic experience with total peace of mind. Most items sold by AOSKID are covered by comprehensive product warranties. If an issue arises, please refer to our Warranty Exemptions and Notes below.

7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Support Center for RMA authorization within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return the Product: Send the product to the address provided by our support team.
  3. Receive a Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will send you a new item free of charge and reimburse the return shipping cost. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a full refund.

Special Notes:

  1. Proof Required: Customers must provide a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we issue RMA authorization. Please use good lighting and take the photo from a close to medium distance to help us identify and verify the issue(s). The attachment size must be under 2MB for the Support Center. Larger attachments can be sent to contact@aoskid.com.

  2. Shipping Cost Refund: After AOSKID receives the returned product and confirms it is faulty, we will refund the return shipping cost based on a valid return receipt. For example, if the return shipping fee is $30 USD, AOSKID will refund $30 USD. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA, we will not compensate for the return shipping fee. Refund requests for return shipping fees without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.

  3. Approved Shipping Methods: Product returns must be made using one of AOSKID's approved shipping methods. Our Support Center can provide further details.

Additional Refund and Return Policies

Damaged Items Due to Transportation:

  • If the item or packaging is damaged due to transportation, you can submit a refund application by email within 7 days of receiving the products.
  • Include clear pictures or videos of the damaged product and the order number in your submission.
  • We will review the application within 3 working days and notify you if a partial or full refund will be issued.
  • Upon agreement, the refund will be processed within 1 working day.
  • Refund or return applications due to transportation damage will not be accepted after 7 days.

Unopened Items:

  • Within 30 days of receiving the products, if the outer packaging is not opened, you can submit a refund and return application.
  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued within 3 working days after we receive the returned goods.
  • Return applications will not be accepted if the product packaging is opened.

In-Transit Products:

  • If the products are in transit, you can request a refund. The buyer needs to send the product back to us after receiving it, bearing the shipping cost.
  • Refunds for the product amount will be issued within 3 working days after we receive the products. The shipping cost will not be refunded.

Unshipped Orders:

  • If the products have not been shipped, the order can be fully refunded.
